Digital Marketing Manager

You must have a solid understanding of the entire digital marketing ecosystem and the relationships that all channels have with one another to be successful in this role. And, you must be capable of developing and executing optimization strategies that will measurably improve business metrics for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Work under tight deadlines in a very fast-paced environment, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Learn about our clients’ business goals and create digital marketing plans that will help them reach those goals to achieve real ROI.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies.
  • Lead and manage SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media and/or display advertising campaigns, etc.
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
  • Working knowledge in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital/social media marketing.
  • Maintain knowledge and adapt digital/social media strategies utilizing the most current technologies and platforms.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Analyze all data/metrics and adjust based on performance. 
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and social media.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required
  • 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing and advertising
  • Well-versed in the use of social and digital media marketing tools
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, digital media best practices, Google, website analytics, etc.
  • Understand website metrics and best practices 
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Able to work with colleagues at all levels to develop marketing goals and evaluate results
