To move to Northern New York, Vermont, and New Hampshire to work at an inspiring Chevy dealership with great compensation and benefits? We go to the source. We film current techs at fourteen dealerships with months or decades of experience and from all walks of life, sharing their stories as short authentic narratives. We create chevytechs.com and strategically use social platforms to lead our audiences to this online destination and call-to-action to apply.
In all, we produced 70+ films for this initiative. The results have been tremendous, and are still growing.
