Marketing Analyst

Description

Data. Numbers. Statistics. For a Marketing Analyst, those three things should wake your senses up faster than a cup of high-test coffee. We’re seeking an experienced analyst that can deliver insightful data to power everything we do, from marketing strategy to website design.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Analyst who will take ownership of digging into marketing data in order to understand consumer behaviors and habits. The right candidate will be up to date and educate the team on the latest analytics and measurement technologies, platforms, and best practices.

  • Responsible for managing, gathering, summarizing, and analyzing data (both qualitative and quantitative)
  • Provide support for A/B test design and analysis
  • Perform ongoing analysis to evaluate the efficacy of current marketing campaigns/spending and assist with budget recommendations and propose modifications where needed
  • Develop measurement and implementation plans for our clients, as well as maintain and refine them
  • Obtain and measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for our clients
  • Determine micro and macro conversions for our clients and corresponding industry verticals
  • Develop reporting solutions and provide analysis to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns

Who You Are

You’re serious about data — sharp as a tack, keen on solving problems, and your attention to detail is above par. An analytical and objective thinker, you will provide insights and recommendations that make us all work smarter, not harder.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or other related field
  • Marketing experience is preferred but not required
  • Understanding of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is recommended
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Outstanding communication skills
