Responsibilities

  • Effectively lead, mentor, manage, and collaborate with in-house and remote print and digital creation & production team.
  • Ensure excellence in execution of all high impact print, digital, and visual communication executed for both US and international markets.
  • Oversee both TRAINOR and client brand guidelines and evolve as needed.
  • Responsible for agency technology and tools vetting.
  • Responsible for agency creation & production team growth.
  • Execution of client strategy.
  • Management of all project team member assignments and milestones.
  • Ensure consistent, cohesive design throughout all print and digital materials to ensure it meets the overall objective and brand strategy, within budget and timeframe.
  • Direct and oversee video shoots and photoshoots in collaboration with the Senior Motion Director and Chief Content Officer.
  • Responsible for groundbreaking campaign/project conceptualization, planning, and execution.
  • Execute design comps, storyboards, initial graphic concepts, and final deliverables.
  • Execute design for the following; brand marks, print materials, presentations, proposals, digital (websites, microsites, landing pages), and social.
  • Talk meaningfully with clients, presenting work confidently to strengthen their brand.
  • Manage deadlines for multiple projects with many clients at once.
  • Collaborating and partnering with copywriters to ensure that both the copy and the visuals are in perfect synch to make the concept as powerful, vivid and compelling as possible
  • Owning the client’s brand standards and implementing them for all their owned, earned and paid channels.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of industry experience in a well-established, creative role
  • A robust portfolio that shows your talent in both online and traditional channels
  • Masterful in Adobe Suite
  • Enthusiasm in spotting, learning, and mastering new technology to transcend standards
  • Energy and a sense of humor (and urgency)
