Social Media Specialist

We’re looking for someone who can handle both sides of social.

The Role

We’re looking for someone who can handle both sides of social: building a strong organic presence and running paid campaigns that drive leads and sales. You’d manage social and paid media across Meta, Google, and other platforms for a range of clients. This includes creating social media campaigns and managing our clients’ organic social media accounts day-to-day.

What You’ll Do
  • Understand and implement best practices across all social media channels.
  • Prepare proposals, content recommendations, and media plans.
  • Build organic content plans that fit each client’s brand to improve engagement.
  • Write, edit, and schedule consistent content across channels.
  • Respond to comments and DMs in each client’s voice.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, including Advantage+ campaigns and Conversions API tracking.
  • Run Google Ads across Search, Performance Max, YouTube, etc., from setup through bidding, tracking, and reporting.
  • Connect organic and paid, using organic wins to inform ad spend and vice versa.
  • Manage multiple client accounts at once, keeping timelines, approvals, and posting schedules on track.
  • Set up and manage influencer or creator partnerships when they fit.
  • Use GA4, Meta Business Suite, and native platform analytics to monitor and evaluate performance.
  • Help prepare monthly reports on social media results, with specific ideas to improve results.
  • Stay up to date on platform changes, new ad tools, and best practices, and share what you learn with the team.
Who You Are

You’re comfortable writing a good post and reading a campaign report, and you can tell when a campaign isn’t performing and figure out why. You pay attention to the numbers, you like trying new platforms, and you take ownership of your results.

Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A thorough understanding and experience in organic social: content strategy and planning, writing, and community management across Meta, LinkedIn, and short-form video.
  • 3+ years of organic social and/or paid digital is preferred, ideally in an agency or multi-client setting.
  • Hands-on experience running paid campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, managing real budgets toward measurable results, not just boosting posts.
  • Experience with at least one other paid channel, such as TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.
  • A solid handle on measurement and analytics.
  • The ability to juggle multiple clients and deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
