Get Your Shot Together
More than just an event — a movement. “Get Your Shot Together” was created to encourage the community, especially young adults, to focus on their overall health and well-being. This includes being up to date on immunizations like the COVID-19 vaccine.
Challenge
How do we encourage the unvaccinated? People in the community who want to get involved and be more mindful about their well-being? We show, don’t tell.
Get out, get together, and get it together while enjoying an eventful afternoon/evening. Local, live music. Food and drinks. Vendors from across the state. Swag.
Madison County Department of Health was able to administer 135 immunizations, 70 of which were for COVID-19, 57 for Flu, and 8 for Tdap.
